Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the importance of institutional communication in supporting the quality of formation in university institutions by providing a comprehensive range of services through an integrated communication system that achieves informational enrichment.

we analyzed the website of the university of Ghardaia in terms of form and content and correlated the analysis results with the quality of formation according to the national reference for ensuring quality (RNAQ-ESRS).

we found that the university of Ghardaia's website accompanies various institution activities by providing necessary information to its internal audience of professors, administrators, and students, as well as external stakeholders receiving communication messages in the digital environment, thereby contributing to achieving the quality of formation.
