This study aims to highlight the feasibility studies of project contracting kindergarten model by dividing the study into four investigations; the first research covered the concepts of both contracting projects, feasibility studies and kindergarten, the second study dealt with contracting projects through the factors of the success of contracting projects and the economic and social effects of such projects.
