As an extension of the state’s efforts to move from traditional classical management to modern electronic management and eliminate everything that might disrupt the path of development, such as bureaucracy and the ambiguity of administrative transactions, the Algerian investment promotion agency, as the body responsible for investment in Algeria, has developed a digital platform directed to investors through during which the registration and completion of investment procedures under law 22 / 18 on the one hand, and the granting of economic real estate and the management of real estate abundance under law 23 / 17 on the other hand, this was on February 8, 2024, and this study aims to shed light on the mechanisms how to grant real estate through the digital platform to the investor
