The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the implementation of total quality management (TQM) dimensions and organizational performance (OP) in Algerian service and manufacturing small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
Questionnaire yielding 150 respondent and covers five fundamental TQM dimensions namely organizational leadership (OL), customer satisfaction (CS), human resources focus (HRF), strategic planning and development (SPD), supplier quality management (SQM), while organizational performance (OP) was measured through two critical dimensions are satisfaction results (SR) and business result (BR).
The collected data were processed by using Smart PLS4, the results indicated that all TQM dimensions were significantly related to organisational performance
