Abstract EN
With the increasing calls against globalization and the demand to preserve resources of all kinds, voices have emerged calling for the need to adopt social responsibility within organizations as a tool to benefit the organization and members of society.
Today's world emphasizes that the degree of competitiveness of organizations is determined by the level of skills and capabilities of human elements more than other productive factors, so the success of the industrial organization in achieving its goals and proving its presence and effectiveness in any organization depends on attention to the performance of the human element and increasing its effectiveness and productivity.
The organization must adopt and activate the modern concept of social responsibility and discover its positive or negative effects on the performance of its employees.
Through the field study and the extent of the organization's commitment to its social responsibility represented in training, industrial security, providing physiological conditions and its relationship with the performance of workers, it became clear to us through the results obtained that the Hodna enterprise in Msila is working to create appropriate conditions and a comfortable situation for workers, in order to improve the level of performance, and all these measures remain within the limits of its material and human resources.
