Abstract EN

Our study aimed at identifying the factors of professional compatibility among middle school teachers.

The questionnaire toolapplied to 87 teacher by focusing on three main themes: The axis of subjective factors, the axis of social factors and the axis of organizational factors of occupational compatibility.

Based on the foregoing, we have concluded that subjective factors do not achieve professional adjustment due to lack of self-fulfillment, lack of motivation for work and routine, contrary to social and organizational factors; they achieve professional adjustment among middle-school teachers because of good social relations.

Also appropriate and accepted working conditions.
