Due to importance of resistance training and its positive effect on general health, and given the increasing risk and health problems associated with blood pressure imbalanced, this study aims to gather and evaluated the available scientific evidence on this subject using descriptive-analytical approach.

the study sample consisted of 04 carefully selected studies.

the study result indicated that resistance training reduce blood pressure levels in a variety of individuals.
