يهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير بعض القدرات البدنية في تحسين مهارة التصويب الجانبي لدى ناشئي كرة السلة بنادي الميناء في محافظة عدن.
أظهر البرنامج التدريبي، تأثير بعض القدرات البدنية تاثيرا ايجابيا على تحسن في بعض القدرات المهارية قيد البحث (التصويب الجانبي من خارج القوس،)، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (Α≤0.

Abstract EN
the research aims to identify the effect of some physical abilities in improving the lateral shooting skill of basketball youth from al-mina club governorate in Aden.
The training program showed a positive effect on some physical abilities on improvement in some of the skill abilities under study (lateral shooting from outside the arc), and there are statistically significant differences at the significance level ( 0.
