Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the relationship of the internal work environment to psychological stress among a sample of 75 professors.

We relied on the descriptive approach and concluded that there is a positive correlation between the work environment and psychological stress at work, in addition to the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of the internal work environment (structure Organizational, organizational communication, participation in decision-making) and psychological stress among secondary school physical education teachers in Skikda state.
