it utilizes a descriptive approach in qualitative analysis, participatory observation, and non-structured interviews in data collection.

we have found that public relations, as an independent function, is overlooked in school organization, which affects the school performance and creates randomness in the communication process.

this underscores the need for the educational institution to structure a specific administrative organization for public relations within its organizational structure, similar to other institutions, to open up to the community and communicate with its internal and external environment.
