Abstract EN

This study aims to know the role of electronic administration in improving the job performance of university professors from the point of view of the professors themselves in the field of study (Tipaza university center), through the role of managing the human resource, the pedagogical aspect, and the scientific aspect electronically in improving the job performance of university professors, and to achieve the objectives of the study, it was adopted an electronic questionnaire was conducted on the study sample, estimated at 100 professors, and the use of the descriptive analytical approach.

after collecting data, distributing the questionnaire electronically and analyzing the results of the study, we showed the effectiveness of applying electronic management at the level of the scientific and cognitive job performance of the university professor, raising his ability and qualifications, digital scientific production, and interactive e-learning between the university professor and students.
