Juvenile delinquency in our days is considered the biggest social problem that results in a large number of victims and violent people, and as a result of the spread of juvenile delinquency, the social alarm has been sounded for this phenomenon, especially as it's related to a sensitive stage of an individual's life-the stage of adolescence-.

this stage is considered a sensitive stage in the development of the human being due to the changes that occur to him, whether psychologically, physiologically, or his social relations, which makes it a fertile period, where he appears with various behavioral problems.

delinquency and anti-social behavior are among the most dangerous things that expose him to legal accountability, and then placement in either juvenile care centers or penal institutions whose primary purpose is to rehabilitate him.

and prevent relapse by taking care of them psychologically and socially and through the various programs designated for this purpose.

our current study aims to shed light on the nature of psychological care for juvenile delinquents who are in penal institutions for committing misdemeanors punishable by law, as sponsorship starts from the beginning of his imprisonment until the end of his sentence and his release.
