Abstract EN

The field observations on the quality of the interaction between the university teacher and the training programs pose more of a problem in the practice of his position as a professor and researcher and his position in the hierarchy of power.

the objectives of this research extend to revealing the quality of the intersection between their goals and training programs without pedagogical support and focus on the social ladder and school grades at the expense of pedagogical skills and the control of didactics of differentiated standards.

the study concluded that the training programs include an orientation that includes a social science code in relation to the quality of standards and teachers.
