Abstract EN

This study aimed to understand relationship between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness by answering the following main question: is there a correlation between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness? for this purpose.

we conducted an exploratory study through which we built study tools and verified their psychometric properties.

the study was carried out on a sample of 403 workers from the national electricity and gas distribution company in the center of the Blida distribution directorate, and after collecting data and discussing them quantitatively and qualitatively, we concluded that there is a correlation between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness.
