This study aimed to identify and evaluate the most important success factors that contribute to the success of the implementation of the project management system in the general project administrations of the General Electricity Company.

The study concluded by identifying (17) criteria by which the (Contracting and Development Accounting) can be evaluated In the General Electricity Company, it was found from the data collected and analyzed statistically that there are some evaluation criteria that were not achieved according to the opinions of few sample members, and this contributed to the low performance of the company’s project management system.

The study concluded that the most important success factors lie in “having a clear vision and strategy from The company regarding the application of the system and the development of programs for a culture of change, and also the study found that there are a number of success factors that have been achieved and have received great interest in the company, including training users and choosing the IFS system for project management Key words: CDA projects, Higher Management, success factors, Contract
