The accelerating and increasing trend towards the use of artificial intelligence programs in various fields, especially in light of the terrible technical renaissance that the world is witnessing today and the advanced programming of some of these entities and the challenges they pose, both currently and those that may arise in the future, has become raising several problems, especially those related to taking criminal responsibility for crimes and mistakes committed during this use, and the appropriateness of current legislation and its ability to regulate this type of responsibility, all with the aim of identifying the real responsible for those crimes and signing the appropriate punishment.
