And since these decisions are issued by a public institution represented by the real estate governorate (administration), it accepts appeals before the administrative court - in application of the organic standard - by initiating an annulment lawsuit aimed at canceling the real estate governor's decisions that violate the principle of legality, or claiming compensation for the serious mistakes that befall the injured.
