The ancient Algerian poetry anthology is enriched with a substantial poetic legacy dedicated to praising the noble Prophet, as authors, poets, Sufis, and religious scholars competed in this rich field.

Each drew from their own inspiration, weaving clouds of love and devotion for the master of prophets, Muhammad, peace be upon him.

This research aims to focus on those who excelled in various forms of praise, notably the Muwashahat Al-Mawlid, which represented a complete artistic model in the hands of the scholar-poet Ahmed Ben Ammar Al-Jazairi, showcasing a form of innovation in Mawlid poetry during the twelfth century of the Hijri calendar.

Through it, we aim to demonstrate how the Mawlid Muwashah evolved into an independent genre after previously being part of a blend of objectives within a single poem.
