تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث واقع الإفصاح في السوق الرئيسية ببورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2006 إلى غاية 2020 وفق النظام رقم 2000-02، نظرا لأهمية الإفصاح كأحد مصادر المعلومات في أسواق الأوراق المالية، من خلال دوره في تحسين أداء وكفاءة هذه الأسواق.
إذا احترم المتطلبات المنصوص عليها قانون من طرف الهيئات التنظيمية والرقابية.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الإفصاح المالي الدقيق والعادل عند التوقيت المناسب في اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في سوق الأوراق المالية، كما خلصت إلى وجود التزام من طرف الشركات المدرجة بطرق وتوقيت الإفصاح المقرر قانونا مع وجود بعض الاستثناءات، مع الإشارة إلى نظام رقم 2000-02 تحتاج إلى أنظمة متمة ومحدثة مواكبة للمستجدات على صعيد البورصات العالمية.

The objective of this study is to examine the reality of disclosure in the main market on the Algiers Stock Exchange during the period 2006 to 2020, due to the importance of disclosure as one of the sources of information in the stock markets, through its role in improving the performance and efficiency of these markets.
If his specification is respected.
The study concluded the importance of accurate, fair and timely financial disclosure in Investment Demission Making in the stock market.
it also concluded that there is a commitment by the listed companies in the ways and the time of legal disclosure with some exceptions.
With the need to update system 2000-02, in line the developments on the stock exchanges.
