This study aimed to know the relationship between inspirational leadership and its role in enhancing job satisfaction among female teachers of private schools in Ajloun.

(200) The results of the study showed that there is a strong direct correlation between inspirational leadership and job satisfaction, and the results of the study showed the dimensions of inspirational leadership available to principals of private schools in Ajloun Governorate, and this achieved a level of job satisfaction among female teachers, and finally the study recommended the need to adopt modern administrative methods and concepts To work on reconciling the objectives of the institution with the objectives of the employees and the need to pay attention to achieving job satisfaction for employees.
