الأكاديمية الليبية LA الاهتمام بتطوير نظام معلومات موحد ومتكامل يوفر لها ولمنسوبيها خدمات متنوعة ً دائم في مجالات إدارة الطالب، إدارة المواد التعليمية، إدارة الموارد البشرية وأنظمة الجودة وتقييم الأداء وغيرها.
هذه الورقة تتناول نظام لإدارة معلومات الطالب) SIS) والذي يهدف إلى رقمنه عمليات سجل الطالب وكل الإجراءات والأعمال المرتبطة به ونمذجتها طبقا BPM) المستضافة على منصة (GCP (Platform Cloud Google ً لمرتكزات) السحابية، وفق نهج النمذجة) BPMN تيح لأصحاب الأعمال بالمساهمة في التطوير المستمر لعمليات الذي ي الأعمال بالتعاون مع التقنيين.
عند بناء نظام الـ SIS تم دمج مجموعة من المكونات التي تقدمها سحابة Google منها SQL Cloud Google GCS وsuite-G ومع تضمين محرك لـ BPM غية تقليل التكلفة والزمن الإلزام للتطوير، للوصول للكفاءة المرجوة، ب للحصول على نظام قابل للاستخدام مع سماحية أكبر للتوسع والتحديث المستمر
English Abstract
The Libyan Academy (LA) Administration always aims to develop an integrated system that provides and manages various services for the LA, such as student management, educational materials management, human resource management, and other systems.
Suggested approach Student Information System (SIS) aims to automate students system processes by developing a Student Information System (SIS) based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is the modelling approach that allows business owners to contribute to the continuous development of SIS Processes in collaboration with tech teams.
A set of components are integrated such as Google Cloud SQL (GCS), G-suite and BPM engines’ to orchestrate the SIS processes to handle requests firmly.
In addition, that will leverage the system performance efficiently, downgrade the cost expenses and reduce the development to market time.
Through owning a usable system with greater scalability.
