تبحث هذه الورقة في تأثير اوراق الشجر بالمناطق المطرية على الروابط الشبكية على ً اللاسلكية الثابتة بناء معيار a802.11 IEEEالذي يعمل بتردد 5.1 جيجاهرتز من نطاقات البنية التحتية للمعلومات غير المرخصة.
UNII إلى دراسة قوة الإشارة المستقبلة ً استناد (RSS (المقاسة لثالث روابط مختلفة، لوحظ أن أوراق الشجر له تأثيرات كبيرة سلبية على أداء الاتصال الشبكي اللاسلكي.
اضافة الي ذلك، تزيد التأثيرات بشكل أكبر مع المطر والرياح.
ان هذه الورقة تناقش نتائج القياسات التي تم إجراؤها وعرضها من حيث التوزيع الإحصائي مبينة التأثيرات الناتجة.
English Abstract
This paper studies the foliage effect on fixed wireless links based on the IEEE 802.11a standard operating at 5.8GHz in the unlicensed National Information Infrastructure (UNII) band.
Based on a study of the measured received signal strength (RSS) curves under three different links, it can be observed that foliage occlusion has a significant impact on link performance.
Furthermore, the effect is more pronounced as the intensity of rain and wind increases.
The results of the measurements performed are thoroughly discussed and presented in terms of their statistical distribution.
