نظرا للدور المهم الأنظمة إدارة التعلم في تبسيط إدارة التدريس من خلال التعليم الإلكتروني، فإن هذه الورقة تهدف إلى إبراز جزء من هذه الأهمية بإجراء قارنة بين ُ م نظام Blackboard وأنظمة إدارة التعلم الأخرى مثل Moodle.

قارن الذي ُ تبع في هذه الدراسة المنهج الم وأت يؤدي إلى اكتشاف الخصائص الكلية للظاهرة وكذلك بين ُ أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين أنظمة إدارة التعلم من حيث الفاعلية والاستمرارية، وأيها قدم خصائص ومي ازت وفائدة أكثر ُ ي للطالب.

فمن خلال الدراسة أظهرت النتائج أن نظام Blackboard أكثر فاعلية بحيث يسمح للطالب باستخدام خدمة الويكي، كما يسمح باستخدام خدمة المدونات للمعلمين والطالب في حين أن أنظمة التعلم الأخرى ال توجد بها خدمة المدونات مثل Moodle, وقد تضمنت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي تشجع على استخدام نظام Blackboard وتطبيقه في المؤسسات التعليمية، وكذلك الحث على بناء نظام إدارة للتعليم الإلكتروني خاص بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الدولة

English Abstract

According to the important role of learning management systems in simplifying teaching management through e-learning, this paper seeks to highlight part of this significance by making a comparison between the Blackboard system and other learning management systems such as Moodle.

In this study the comparative approach was followed, which leads to the discovery of the overall characteristics of the phenomenon, as well as shows the similarities and differences between learning management systems in terms of effectiveness and continuity, and which one offers more characteristics features and benefit to students.

Through the study, the results showed that the Blackboard system is more effective as it allows students to use the wiki service, and it also allows the use of blogging service for teachers and students, while other learning systems do not have a blogging service such as Moodle, The study including some recommendations that encourage the use and application of the Blackboard system in educational institutions, as well as urging the building of an e-learning management system for educational institutions in the country
