التقاضي الإلكتروني آلية مستحدثة تعنى بتسيير العمل القضائي على نحو سلس وبوتيرة منتظمة وهو ضرورة حتمية فرضتها عملية التحول إلى عصر التقنية والرقمنة المعلوماتية بحيث يعتمد التقاضي الإلكتروني في تطبيقه على وسيط الكتروني يتمثل في وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة.
ونتيجة للمردودية التي تعود على إنجاز العمل القضائي في ظل إتباع التقاضي الإلكتروني لجأت مختلف الدول إلى اعتماد هذا الأخير كأسلوب متبع في إدارة مرفق القضاء الكلمات المفتاحية التقاضي الإلكتروني الوسيط الإلكتروني-وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الرقمنة المعلوماتية
Abstract EN
E-litigation is an innovative mechanism for the smooth and regular functioning of the judiciary.
It is imperative that it be imposed by the process of transition to the age of technology and information digitization so that e-litigation is applied to an electronic medium of modern media and communication.
As a result of the feasibility of completing judicial work under electronic litigation, various States have adopted the latter as a method of administering the judicial facility.
