The issue of implementing judicial rulings against the administration raises great importance in the field of achieving justice, as it makes no sense to claim the right while it is not possible to obtain it, especially if it is approved and ruled by the judiciary.

This topic deals with the study of the problem of the implementation of judicial rulings issued in the face of the administration, and the search for legal and procedural means through which the administration can be obligated in the event of its refusal or refusal to implement judicial rulings and the extent of the effectiveness of those means in reducing the problems of non-implementation of judicial rulings in the administrative field.

This has become a concern for those in whose favor the court ruling was issued due to implementation difficulties related mainly to the administration.
