The research deals with the theme of crime against humanity and crimes of genocide in the light of international humanitarian law, since international crimes against the mankind are one of the most serious crimes against humanity because they involve infringing upon the lives of a person, persons or peoples in their liberty, rights and humanity.

They all constitute human crimes.

Therefore, the research is divided into two sections: section one deals with the concept of crimes against humanity and their causes.

Section two discusses the criteria for crimes against humanity and their common elements.

It also discusses the jurisdiction of international courts and activating their role in applying judgments to ensure that crimes against humanity are not committed through the intervention of the United Nations, through committees formed, to enter the war zones.
