The contribution of new information and communication technologies in the process of mobilizing young people is enormous, thus the satellite channels of the Middle East specializing in religion are putting in crisis the attraction of Moroccan television channels; they represent the fundamental source of information and religious advice for young Moroccans who tend to detach themselves from their social and religious reality.

Faced with this situation, Moroccan society is invited to question the functioning of face-to-face socialization agents, and to encourage them to fully play their role of transmitting values.
