This study aims to measure the impact of transformational leadership represented by its dimensions (ideal influence, individual legality, intellectual arousal, motivation) on organizational trust represented by its dimensions ( trust in co-workers ,trust in supervisors, and trust in the management of the organization) among Zain Mobile Communications Company in Iraq.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted a "Descriptive-Analytical" method by reviewing previous literature related to the subject of the study and preparing a questionnaire distributed to a sample that included (150) leaders (top management، middle management) in Zain Mobile Communications Company in Iraq.

(142) valid questionnaires were retrieved to extract the results of the study، with a recovery rate of (95%) of the total questionnaires that were distributed.

In order to analyze the study data, the descriptive statistics represented by frequencies, percentages and arithmetic averages were used, and the multiple linear regression equation was used to analyze the study hypotheses.

The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: that there is an impact of transformational leadership with its dimensions (ideal influence, individual legality, intellectual arousal, motivation) on organizational trust with its dimensions (trust in co-workers, trust in supervisors, trust in organizational management) at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) in Zain Mobile Communications Company in Iraq The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of transformational leadership methods in telecommunications companies, as it is considered one of the most important methods of administrative leadership, and the continuation of the leadership of Zain Telecom in enhancing organizational confidence between employees, supervisors and management of the organization, and the need to find effective solutions to apply methods of intellectual arousal and motivation in telecommunications companies.
