The paper included a study of the implications of the cultural cleansing process on human rights, especially in the field of culture and identity, and indicating the importance of these rights if they relate to a particular category or group that may differ from its neighbors from the population within one country, and thus the paper worked to answer those standards of cultural rights and the extent to which their disappearance reflects on the cultural and linguistic cohesion of one group.
