The subject of Palestinian resistance against occupation has become the focus of the subjects of international law among supporters and opponents who describe it as terrorist action.

the researcher has followed the analytical descriptive as well as historical approaches and has reached a number of conclusions, including: that international law in general prohibits the use of force in international relations, and the exception to its legitimate use in cases of extraction of the right to self-determination or legitimate defence.

international law considers peaceful and armed popular resistance as an effective tool for exercising the right to self-determination and combating occupation.

the existence of popular resistance is linked to the existence of occupation, and the occupied people determine its form and amount depending on the circumstances.

there are boundaries between terrorism and armed resistance, and they are deliberately confused to deny Palestinian resistance men the protection of international humanitarian law and to justify the occupation's serious crimes.

the researcher recommends the Palestinian people's continued peaceful resistance and the expansion of armed popular resistance in the face of occupation.

to call upon the members of the international community to respect their obligations arising from the sources of international law, to cease the tendentious condemnation of Palestinian resistance and to regard the occupation as a threat to international peace and security.

call upon the states of the world to provide material and moral support to the Palestinian people in order to take away their right to self-determination.
