All over the world, democracy is based on a general direction aimed at establishing a kind of representation between men and women in decision-making, within representative institutions, and making a rupture with the male-dominant democracy.

Morocco has launched, since independence, a march of struggle to build a state of law and consolidate democratic practices.

besides, achieving this goal remains subject to establishing a state of rights, law, equal opportunities and equality; these transformations have rushed several issues to the surface.

among these, we find the issue of women political participation.

through this topic, we tried to answer the following problematic: to what extent have national legislation and constitutional principles contributed to enabling women to participate in politics? the thing that will refer us to a general conclusion revolving around the need to empower the legal arsenal of legislation and mechanisms that respect the privacy of Moroccan society.

this is meant to give more chances to their political participation, and within the framework of briefing on all aspects of the subject, we will rely on the analytical approach thanks to its constituents in monitoring and analyzing the fact of women political participation.
