In light of the new economic transformations that the country has witnessed and their direct impact on the world of work, the phenomenon of globalization has imposed itself on all countries of the world as a reality that must be dealt with all the advantages and disadvantages it entails, thus becoming one of the most important and newest terms whose use has expanded very quickly in recent years.

globalization, in its various dimensions, and its reliance, in particular, on the deep differences and conflicts in the development of relations between economics and law, requires an analysis of its distinctive elements based on their importance in the social field, which calls for shedding light initially on the forces of globalization and the factors that contributed to its development and expansion, in addition to the extent of globalization’s impact on law.
