The researcher conducted a study entitled: “Developing social skills for autism and their relationship to psychological and social adjustment from the parents’ point of view.

The study aimed to identify, access, use and employ the social skills of the autistic child in psychological and social adjustment and communication with his colleagues and the environment.

The study sample consisted of “fifty” sample members from Parents of autistic patients at the Jarma Center for Special Needs.

The researcher built a questionnaire to study the research topic by seeking the help of some professors and specialists in this field.

Reliability and validity were found for the study tool, which consisted of “twenty” phrases or paragraphs using two dimensions or two fields in developing paragraphs.
