Abstract EN

This study aimed at revealing Sayed Qutb's educational thinking features through his interpretation of "Fi Zilal Al-Quran" (On the Shades of Holy Quran).

The study concluded the following : 1- The educational miracle of the Holy Quran has been embodied in its harmony with human nature and its concentration on scientific techniques in education and the guidance it provides learners with towards openness on other people's experiences and making use of good ones.

2- Human nature is a dual readiness for good and evil and is liable to deviation and corruption if it deviates off the universe nature and indulges in luxuries and de lights.

3- Sayed Qutb has presented a practical meaning for social and cultural change through connecting it with human will and emphasizing the role of education in it.

This is harmonious with modern sociology theories.

4- Values in people's lives-as regards their origin- are of two types: heavenly values and earthly values.

5- The Moslem family has an indispensable role in educating and bringing up the Moslem youngsters.

This family should be protected and its educational role should be activated.

6- The existence of the Moslem group is both religious and educational necessity reflected in applying heavenly laws on earth, leading humanity, bringing up the Moslem individual and taking care of the Moslem family.
