Abstract EN

This paper attempts at exploring the poetic quotations scattered, here and there, in the various books authored by the fundamentalists; trying to uncover its position among the subjects and issues of fundamental principles, showing its position among the justifications and evidences of the different fundamental issues as well as its impact and influence on those issues taken as granted, either being related to the first introductions of this science, the rules, evidence, linguistics and vocabularies or to the subjects ofljtihad and imitation.

The researcher presented his research, utilizing the appropriate techniques of presentation; including the use of Arabic language, discussing its position in the eyes of the fundamentalists, the causes of language weakness during the centuries following the early days of this science.

He also showed to what extent the poetic quotations are utilized in the different writing approaches, and the situation during the early times of writing and composition of this science.

It is the researcher’s intent from this way ofpresentation to open a wider door of thought for the study of the poetic quotations and its impact on the fundamental issues.
