Abstract EN

The hadiths of judgements achieve a special concern among the materials of fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and hadith, as they represent the valid proof of most of the judgements.

On these hadiths a jurist relies in eliciting judgements and determining the standard of the juristic competence of the mujtahed which is considered as one of the most important bases in building up that competence.

Being unique among the materials of fiqh and hadith, and due to the rank of these hadiths, they need special methods in their teaching and learning.

This research helps the teaching staff to properly perform this task and introduce the suitable methods to teach these hadiths, and work out a teaching plan for this subject with regard to its objectives, methods, contents, evaluation, and references.
