تحاول هذه الدراسة اعتماد (عقود الزواج) في لواء عجلون، ما بين سنتي 1346هـ / 1928م و 1356هـ / 1938م.
مصدراً مباشراً لدراسة الحياة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية في اللواء، و تنتهج منهجاً تحليلياُ باستخدام الحوسبة، و ذلك في فترة لها خصوصيتها، حيث تمت تسوية الأراضي، و إصدار قانون خاص بالعائلة، و توحيد العملة، و إلغاء الديون، و نأمل باستخدامنا لمصدر لم تسبق دراسته بمنهجية تحليلية محوسبة، فهم الحراك الاجتماعي و تحليله برؤية معاصرة.
Abstract EN
This historical study deals with Uqud al-Zawaj (Contracts of marriage) as a documentary source in studying the economic and social life of the district of Ajiun in Jordan during the period 1346-1356 A.H./l928-1938 A.D.
The study shows the exactitude of the local information in the evolution, development and privacy of Ajlun s society.
The records of contracts of marriage were used as a major focus of this study.
