Heieroiopic pregnancy, an extremely rare event in the past, has became a serious complication of as¬sisted reproduction techniques (AKI) including ovarian hyperstimuiation.

In Vitro Fertilization tlVF), F.mbryo transfer (KT) or GltT (tiameUe Intra Fallopian Transferj.The presence of an normal or abnormal intrauterine gestational sac without symptoms should not exclude the diagnosis of concomitant extrauterine pregnuncy until the pelvis is carefully visualized.

A high index of suspicion, repeated ultrasounds and early intervention are mandatory to decrease the morbidity and mortality associated with this entity.

We.

report a case of simultaneous intrauterine and extrauterine pregnane}' in a patient treated with ovarian stimulation drugs.
