Congenital hemangiomas are common, but its incidence in the external genitalia is about one percent.
Scrotum is the most common site of involvement in the male external genitalia, hut penile hemangio¬mas are exceedingly rare.
Presented here; is a case report oj cavernous hemangioma of the penis in a 7-year-old boy along with litera¬ture review.
