تم تحضير و إنتاج الكيتوسان (Chistosan) من مخلفات الاربيان (shrimp shell waste) بالأسواق الليبية و ذلك بإزالة المواد البروتينية و كذلك كربونات الكالسيوم و فوسفات الكالسيوم (demineralization) ثم إزالة مجموعات الاسيتايل (deacetylation).
تم تحديد بعض خصائص الكيتوسان المستحضر من خلال التحليل الجزئي للمركب (FTIR, CHN) المستحضر.
بينت النتائج أن الوزن الجزئي للكيتوسان يساوي 7368.37 دالتون و أن نسبة نزع مجموعات الاسيتايل كان بقيمة 71.17 % و نيتروجين 6.39 %.
Abstract EN
Chitosan was produced using Libyan shrimp shell waste.
Chitosan was made from chitin by a chemical process involving deproteinization (DP), demineralization (DM), and DE acetylation (DA).
Chitosan production was confirmed using FTIR, CHN analysis and solubility tests.
Chitosan produced had degree of deactivation (DD) value of 71.17 %, nitrogen % of 6.39 and molecular weight of 7,368.37 Daltons.
