Abstract EN

A report of a rare case of Fronto-nasal dysplasia (Median cleft face syndrome) in a full term boy delivered normally with birth weight of 3.719 kg.

The baby has the classical features of the syndrome both phenotypically and radiologically.

There were no other associated anomalies except for mild dilatation of right renal pelvis.

There were no history of consanguinity and no family history of similar conditions in the family, so inheritance of this case is considered sporadic.
