تم تحضير مجموعة جديدة من 1، 3، 5-ثلاثي مستبدل البيرازولات بتفاعل التكثيف الحلقي للشالكونات و الهيدراديزات بالتشعيع بواسطة الموجات متناهية الصغر و كذلك بالطرق المعتادة.
كما تم عمل مسح للمركبات الجديدة من حيث تأثيرها المضاد للجراثيم.
Abstract EN
A novel series of 1, 3, 5-trisubstituted pyrazoles were synthesized by the cyclocondensation reaction of chalcones and substituted hydrazides by irradiation under microwave energy and also by conventional method.
The new compounds were also screened for their antibacterial activity.
