نتج من تفاعل التكثيف بين ثنائي أمين البيريدين و أستيل الأسيتون في مذيب الإيثانول مركب غير معروف سابقاً و هو 4، 6-أمينو بيريدين-2-بالميتو-الخماسي-إين-2-أون.
و قد درس بإستخدام تقنيتي FT-IR و 1H, 13C NMR و الأشعة السينية لبلورته.
حيث يتبلور المركب الناتج C10H13N3O منتمياً إلى المجموعة الفراعية P2(I) / n بالأبعاد a = 8.4011(10)، b = 15.8824(19) و c = 15.3714(19) A3 و تتموضع مجموعة الأميد في موضع سيس.
و قد أستخدم برنامج جاوسان Go3 لدراسة تفاصيل الأشكال الهندسية المختلفة.
Abstract EN
The condensation reaction between 2, 6-diaminopyridine and acetylacetone in ethyl alcohol under reflex for a prolonged time has resulted in the hitherto unknown 4-(6-Amino pyridine-2-ylamino)-pent-3-en-2- one characterized by FT-IR, 1H, 13C NMR and X-Ray crystallographic techniques.
C10H13N3O Crystalizes in the monoclinc space group P2 (1) / n with a = 8.4011 (10), b = 15.8824 (19), c = 15.3714 (19) A3.
The amide group is cis oriented.
Geometries were optimized using the Gaussian Go3 program.
