تم وضع طريقة طيف ضوئية سريعة لتقدير الفلوريد في مياه الشرب و مياه المخلفات.
و ينطبق قانون لامبرت-بيير عند طول موجي 715 نانو متر في مدى تركيز بين 9.0-144 ميكرو جرام مل-1.
و كانت قيم معامل الإمتصاص الجزيئي، معامل الإرتباط و حساسية ساندل 0.876 × 310 لتر مول-1 سم-1، 0.9924 و 0.02168 ميكرو جرام سم-2 على التوالي.
و كانت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها جيدة و بمعامل حيود نسبي يتراوح بين 0.0903-1.8373 %
Abstract EN
A rapid spectrophotometric method is developed for the determination of fluoride in the drinking water and waste water.
The system obeys Lambert-Beer’s law at 715 nm in the concentration range of 9.0-144 µg L-1.
Molar absorptivity, correlation coefficient and Sandell’s sensitivity values were found to be 0.876 X 103 L mol-1 cm-1, 0.9924, 0.02168 µg cm-1 respectively.
The results obtained were reproducible with acceptable RSD 0.0903-1.8373%.
