تم تحضير حامض هستادين هيدروكسميك بطريقة جديدة و من ثم تأكد من خواصه و درجة النقاوة بواسطة الأطياف تحت الحمراء الرنين المغناطيسي و عن طريقة لون مركباته المميزة مع عنصري الفانيدوم و الحديد ثلاثة حيث يعطي لونا بنفسجيا و احمر دمويا على التوالي.
لقد أثبتت خواصه في التحليل الكيميائي أنها ذات الفئة قوية و انتقائية عالية جدا مع عنصر الكروم حتى وجود عدد كثير من الأيونات الذائبة.
Abstract EN
A new histidinehydroxamic acid (HistHA has been synthesized and characterized by IR NMR elemental analysis, as well as reaction to wards acidic solution of vanadium v and iron III to give violet and red colored stable complexes in aqueous layers respectively.
Its analytical properties were investigated, and high affinity and selectivity toward chromium in the presence of large quantities of associated ions.
