هذه الدراسة استهدفت عزل نوعان من العفن المجهري من نفايات محطة تنقية المياه القذرة لمركب صناعة الحليب و مشتقاته، النوعان المعزولان تم زرعهما في المختبر تم تجفيف و طحن الكتلة الحيوية التي استعملت في دراسة نزع عنصر النيكل من المحاليل المائية، أظهرت الدراسة الزمن اللازم للحصول على التوازن صلب (محلول و يقدر ب 60 دقيقة) قدرة العفن على نزع هذا العنصر وصلت إلى 90 بالمائة خاصة بالنسبة لعفن Asprgillus niger في حدود قيم ال pH العالية.
Abstract EN
In this study the biomass used was isolated from a biological sludge collected from a dairy wastewater treatment plant.
Penicillium chrysogenum and Aspergillus niger, were isolated and cultured in our laboratory, dried and ground at 500μm.
The Nickel removal experiments were done in a batch mode on shaken conditions.
The kinetic results at a natural pH revealed that the equilibrium reached after 60 minutes and, the obtained removal capacity was 90 mg / g.
Isotherm studies showed a better removal Nickel with Aspergillus niger (90% uptake).
Furthermore, higher pH values gave a better removal capacity.
