Abstract EN

A 28 years-old female patient presented with clinical and radiological findings which initially were suggestive of a tumor or an aggressive infectious process.

A stereotactic brain biopsy was done for further investigation.

Histological report revealed multiple sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis is usually diagnosed on clinical, biologic and imaging criteria with no need for tissue biopsy.

In this paper, we present a case of multiple sclerosis with an unusual radiological appearance.
