تم تحضير 3, 2 ثنائي هيدرو (H1) 5, 1 أبنزو ثنائي آزيبينات بمردود كبير خلال فترة تتراوح بين 10 و 20 دقيقة و ذلك بتكثيف أورثو فينيلين ثنائي أمين مع كيتونات حلقية أو غير حلقية في وجود كلوريد القصدير ثنائي الماء كمحفز للتفاعل عند درجة حرارة 80 و 85 س.
Abstract EN
2, 3-Dihydro-(1H)-1, 5-benzodiazepines have been synthesized within 10-20 min in high yields by the condensation of o-phenylenediamine with cyclic or acyclic ketones in the presence of SnCl2.
2H2O as catalyst at 80-85 °C.
