تمت هذه الدراسة للاستقصاء عن الأمراض الطفيلية العقدية في الأسماك المستزرعة و تم تجميع العينات من محافظة الإسماعيلية و كانت 120 سمكة بوري مستزرع و 120 سمكة بلطي مستزرع.
في أسماك البوري ظهرت عقد بيضاء إلى صفراء اللون على الجلد و تم التعرف على أنها مرض الميكزوبولس.
و في عضلات أسماك البوري ظهرت حويصلات الميتاسيركاريا خاصة ناحية الذيل.
في أسماك البلطي المستزرع ظهر مرض اليرقات الصفراء فكانت الحويصلات صفراء ملاصقة لعضلات التجويف الخيشومي.
كما تم دراسة الإصابة الموسمية و كذلك التغيرات النسيجومرضية.
Abstract EN
The present investigation was directed towards studying the nodular parasitic diseases in some cultured fishes collected from Ismailia governorate and represented as 120 Oreochromis niloticus and 120 Mugil cephalus.
Infested Mugil cephalus showed white to yellow nodules on the skin.
They were identified as myxobolus sp..Also, fishes musculature contained encysted metacercariae especially toward the tail region.
In Oreochromis niloticus, the cysts were yellow to orange pea like, attaching to branchiostegal musculature were in grape like and identified as Clinostomum tilapiae, the main cause of yellow grub disease.
The total and seasonal prevalence were investigated as well as the histopatholgical alterations were recoded.
