Abstract EN

This study is aimed at analysing the Israeli violation of cultural rights of the Palestinians related to religious sites that have special ststus in the Palestinian religious culture.

The study included a detailed documentation about the violations with intensive description about the sites and the status of these site both before and after the violation process.

The study concluded that the Israeli violation is part of a comprehensive policy aiming at damaging the Palestinian identity in order to destruct the future of the Palestinian culture that forms one of the important components of the Palestinian identity.
